The LIFE Conceptu Maris project celebrates its conclusion with a final event in Rome. The event spans two days, offering the opportunity to learn about the extensive range of activities for the conservation of cetaceans and turtles in the Mediterranean. One day is dedicated to study, featuring presentations from all the scientists involved and networking opportunities with other organizations active in marine biology and ocean protection.
The other day is open to the public, welcoming nature enthusiasts and volunteers participating in citizen science activities. The program also includes contributions from international partners, testimonials from volunteers who have sailed alongside the scientists, and the awards ceremony for the “Profondo Blu” photography contest.
