On 23 July, the European Commission’s Directorate-General for the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf (DG MENA), in collaboration with IEMed and the Med Dialogue for Rights and Equality II (MDRE II), brings together civil society representatives in Brussels for a round of consultations on the implementation of the Pact for the Mediterranean.
Close to 80 civil society organisations, social economy actors, youth- and women-led organisations, research institutions, and regional networks from across the Mediterranean are expected to take part, reflecting the broad range of stakeholders the Pact aims to engage as it moves from design to implementation.
