This online session will bring together key stakeholders from across the Mediterranean, with a special focus on small islands combining policy frameworks, including the Barcelona Convention and regional marine litter plans, with real, scalable solutions, aiming to inspire territories to rethink how local resources and waste streams can become viable alternatives to plastic.
Organised by SMILO in collaboration with MedWaves and Beyond Plastic Med, will bring together stakeholders from Mediterranean islands working on plastic pollution reduction.
