Dedicated training for Early-Career Ocean Professionals (ECOPs) to explore how to apply the principles of FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable), CARE (Collective Benefit, Authority to Control, Responsibility, Ethics), and TRUST (Transparency, Responsibility, User Focus, Sustainability, Technology) in marine data management.
This training is designed to equip ECOPs with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to contribute to equitable and transparent marine data systems.
Organised by EuroGOOS and VLIZ in support of the EU4Ocean Coalition and the UN Ocean Decade, who are bringing together diverse organisations, projects, and individuals committed to advancing sustainable and inclusive ocean knowledge systems.
