The Plan Bleu Observatory brought together around twenty experts from international and local organizations — including MERCATOR Ocean, the European Environment Agency, GFCM, OFB, IUCN, Tour du Valat, Wings of the Ocean, MerTerre, and others — to contribute to a strategic regional workshop in Marseille.
