The 3rd Edition of the Blue Africa Summit will take place on October 9 and 10, 2025, in Tangier, and will launch the reflection and drafting process for the inaugural Pact for a Sustainable Blue Africa. Four expert panels, comprising representatives
from numerous countries across the continent, will convene on October 10 to address: governance and
security; science and education; civil society; and the blue economy and finance. All of these discussions will
inform the efforts leading up to the presentation of the Pact for a Sustainable Blue Africa at the 4th edition of
the BLUE AFRICA SUMMIT at the end of 2026.
